Avatar: Seven Havens animation series premieres on SkyShowtime

The new animated series ‘Avatar: Seven Havens’ is premiering on SkyShowtime. Created by original series creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, the show is set in the timeline following ‘The Legend of Korra’.

The story takes place in a world devastated by a global catastrophe, where civilization survives within seven remaining refuges. The plot follows Pavi, a young earthbender who discovers she is the successor to Korra. Unlike previous Avatars, Pavi is viewed with suspicion and fear by both humans and spirits, forcing her to flee alongside her long-lost twin sibling, Nisha.

The series has received critical acclaim, earning a 100% score on the Rotten Tomatoes critic meter. It utilizes traditional two-dimensional animation and explores a darker setting than previous installments in the franchise.
