Avatar: Seven Havens releases horror-themed episode

The series ‘Avatar: Seven Havens’ has released a horror-themed episode titled ‘Night of the Afflicted’. The episode, which serves as the sixth installment, draws inspiration from George A. Romero’s ‘Night of the Living Dead’ by introducing a storyline described as ‘zombies by way of Avatar’.

This release marks a significant addition to the franchise’s history of horror elements. Previously, the franchise explored unsettling themes through ‘The Puppetmaster’ in ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’, which featured the concept of bloodbending, and through various frightening elements in ‘The Legend of Korra’. ‘Night of the Afflicted’ is positioned as a new entry in the franchise’s Halloween-style content.
