Avatar: Seven Havens set to premiere on Paramount+ in October 2026

Paramount+ has released an official trailer and release schedule for ‘Avatar: Seven Havens’, the upcoming animated series set in the Avatar Legends universe. Created by franchise co-creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, the series takes place 225 years after the events of ‘The Legend of Korra’.

The story follows Pavi, a young Earthbender who discovers she is the new Avatar in a world devastated by a major cataclysm. Unlike previous incarnations, Pavi is viewed with fear and suspicion by humanity, who see her as a potential destroyer rather than a savior. Alongside her long-lost twin sister Nisha, Pavi must navigate threats from both human and spiritual enemies to protect the Seven Havens, the last strongholds of civilization.

The first season, titled ‘Book 1’, will consist of 13 episodes released in batches on Paramount+. The premiere is set for October 9, 2026, with three episodes. Subsequent batches will follow on October 16 (episodes 4-6), October 23 (episodes 7-9), and October 30 (episodes 10-13). Paramount+ has already renewed the series for a second 13-episode season.
