AVE launches ‘Todos somos caballas’ solidarity campaign for Ceuta

The Asociación Valenciana de Empresarios (AVE) has clarified that its ‘Todos somos caballas’ campaign is a voluntary initiative aimed at expressing solidarity with the citizens of Ceuta. The campaign, which features white t-shirts with the slogan ‘Todos somos caballas’ and the phrase ‘Ceuta y sus caballeros de la mar’, was launched to support the autonomous city following a difficult migratory crisis in July.

Several LaLiga clubs have participated in the initiative, including Villarreal, Betis, Elche, Levante, and Real Madrid. However, Barcelona has not joined the action. The campaign has drawn public attention following a match at the Martínez Valero stadium, where the involvement of Real Madrid players sparked debate.

AVE, led by Vicente Boluda, stated that the movement seeks to convey a message of territorial and social cohesion in Spain, noting the economic and social impact the situation in Ceuta has had on the region.
