The discussion focused on three key infrastructure projects for the city: a structural overhaul of the Partenio‑Lombardi stadium, renovation of the municipal swimming pool, and improvement of rail connections to Benevento and the national network. The mayor pledged to draft a new stadium project, while the president signaled willingness to explore financing options for demolition and construction. He also committed to seek resources for the pool upgrade. Railway officials will reconvene with RFI in September to assess the use of hybrid trains once electrification works on the Salerno‑Benevento lines are completed.
