Avenida Brasil actors pursue new careers outside of television

Several actors from the highly successful 2012 Brazilian telenovela ‘Avenida Brasil’ have transitioned away from television acting to pursue different professional paths.

Ronny Kriwat, who played the character Tomás, moved from acting in biblical productions to entrepreneurship. He currently manages his own restaurant in São Paulo, citing a desire to focus on business management and personal temperament.

Actress Marcella Valente has also moved away from the Brazilian television spotlight, having relocated to England.
