Avery Long joins Phoenix Racing Honda for 2027

American rider Avery Long has signed with Phoenix Racing Honda to compete in the 250SX East Division for the 2027 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship. Long transitions to the Honda-backed team following two seasons with AEO Powersports KTM Racing.

Long noted that while the 2026 season presented challenges, particularly due to illness, he demonstrated the speed necessary to compete for top-ten and top-five positions. He cited the opportunity to work with an experienced technical staff and return to the East Coast as key factors in his decision to join the new program.
