Avia gas stations in Poland face temporary closures

Approximately 50 to 56 Avia fuel stations across Poland are undergoing temporary closures due to internal restructuring within the Unimot Group. The changes involve transferring the stations to a new entity, Unimot Paliwa.

Fuel sales at these locations are expected to be suspended starting Wednesday evening, with service resuming on Thursday afternoon. Additionally, between October 1 and October 5, many affected stations will face temporary restrictions on food and convenience store products as they secure necessary sanitary permits. Some locations may also experience delays in obtaining new alcohol licenses, which could impact sales until the first half of November.

In the Poznań region, specific closures include stations on Grunwaldzka, Mieszka, and Juraszów streets, as well as a station in Wysogotów. Other affected areas include Turek and Piła.
