Aviation Capital Group orders 75 Airbus A320neo family aircraft
Aviation Capital Group (ACG), a US-based aircraft leasing and asset management firm, has placed a firm order for 75 aircraft from the Airbus A320neo family. This transaction marks the largest order in the nearly 40-year history of the Newport Beach-based company.
The new aircraft are scheduled for delivery between 2032 and 2035. The agreement includes conversion rights for various models within the A320neo family. With this latest commitment, ACG’s total historical orders for this specific aircraft type have reached 190 units.
ACG is a subsidiary of the Japanese corporation Tokyo Century. The company’s strategy focuses on acquiring new-technology narrowbody aircraft to meet high global demand from airlines. This long-term investment reinforces a commercial partnership between ACG and Airbus that began in 2007.
