Aviation Market Congress highlights growth in Poland

The IX Aviation Market Congress has commenced in Warsaw, focusing on the current state and future trajectory of the Polish aviation sector. During the opening sessions, Infrastructure Minister Dariusz Klimczak stated that the development of the aviation market in Poland is a fact, citing improved organizational efficiency, expert availability, and the growing functionality of regional airports.

Adrian Furgalski, President of the TOR Economic Advisory Group, highlighted significant external challenges facing the industry, including geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and the potential impact of global conflicts on oil prices and economic growth. Furgalski noted that aviation thrives on stability and warned that economic downturns or health crises can lead to rapid communication restrictions. However, he expressed optimism that the industry can use these periods of crisis to build resilience and implement regulatory mechanisms that will strengthen the sector against future instability.
