Aviation sector recruitment expands in Italy
Several aviation-related recruitment drives are underway in Italy. Enav, the national agency managing civil air traffic, has opened permanent positions in Rome and Ciampino as part of a strategic plan to add 400 new resources by 2030.
Enav is seeking an Investment Cost Control Analyst Specialist with an annual salary between 45,000 and 50,000 euros, and a Junior Safety Data Analyst with a salary between 30,000 and 35,000 euros. The company offers hybrid work options for certain roles.
Additionally, FP Servizi Integrati is hiring 10 firefighting attendants for Rome's Fiumicino Airport. These roles require a middle school diploma, a Category B driver's license, and a Level 3 high-risk fire safety certificate, though prior experience is not required.
