Aviator secures Lufthansa Group ground handling contract in Norway

Aviator Airport Alliance, a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group, has secured a long-term contract to provide full ground handling services for Lufthansa Group at three major Norwegian airports: Bergen (BGO), Trondheim (TRD), and Tromsø (TOS).

The agreement includes services such as passenger and baggage handling, de-icing, cargo and freight handling, and station services. The contract is expected to cover approximately 1,760 aircraft turnarounds annually.

Operations will be implemented in phases starting in early 2027: Bergen on February 1, Trondheim on March 28, and Tromsø on April 1. This deal follows a recent four-year ground handling agreement between Aviator and Lufthansa Group at Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport in Sweden.
