Avis promotes solidarity through blood donation and community art initiatives

Avis has organized several community-focused initiatives in Italy centered on blood donation and solidarity. In Davoli Marina, Avis Soverato successfully collected 27 units of blood during a donation event held at the parish of San Roberto Bellarmino. The event, supported by local clergy, highlighted a long-standing twenty-year collaboration between the organization and the parish.

Additionally, the Avis-promoted initiative ‘Il Sentiero del Dono’ (The Path of Giving) has concluded its pre-registration phase. Scheduled for September 27, the event will involve a walk through four municipalities—Stella di Monsampolo, Castorano, Colli del Tronto, and Pagliare del Tronto—to view the ‘Murales della Solidarietà’ (Murals of Solidarity). The program combines art, music, and street performances to promote the values of donation and community sharing.
