AVIS Urbinate celebrates 70 years of service

The AVIS Urbinate section, named after Dante Piergiovanni, celebrated its 70th anniversary with a series of commemorative events. Founded in June 1956, the organization held a procession from Piazza Rinascimento to the Chapel of the Fallen in the Church of San Francesco, where a laurel wreath was laid.

The celebration included remarks from local officials, including Assessor Marianna Vetri, who highlighted the association's long-standing presence in civic life. The event also featured a connection with the sister organization in Cordenons and a collaboration with local schools, which helped design the anniversary logo and manifesto.
