Avistria olive oil producer launches 2026/27 subscription

Avistria, a prominent Croatian olive oil producer, has announced its 2026/27 subscription for ‘Olio Nuovo’ extra virgin olive oil. The subscription period runs from November 13, 2026, to February 14, 2027.

Following the 2026 New York International Olive Oil Competition, where all six submitted oils received gold awards, the company is offering various tasting packages. Options include an introductory set of four 0.1-liter varieties—Istarska Bjelica, Istrian Essence, Istrian Blend, and Istrian Tango—as well as larger 0.5-liter bottles and specialty 0.25-liter boxes featuring rare varieties such as Rošinjola, Stari Buža, and Carbonazza.

Managed by Beatrix and Rudolf Nemetschke, Avistria has earned over 30 awards in New York and received 90 points in the Flos Olei 2027 guide. The producer notes that due to high demand and previous sell-outs, certain rare varieties may have limited availability.
