Avla and iFood announce new career development programs in Brazil

Avla and iFood have announced new professional development programs in Brazil for 2027, targeting different career stages.

Avla has opened applications for its 2027 Trainee Program, offering a monthly salary of R$ 10,000. The program features two tracks: 'Young Talents' for recent graduates or those finishing their degree, and 'Career Transition' for experienced professionals looking to enter the insurance sector. Selected candidates will work in a hybrid model at the company's headquarters in São Paulo and may have the opportunity for international experience in Chile. Applications are open until October 2, 2026.

iFood is recruiting for its 2027 Young Apprentice Program, aimed at individuals aged 18 to 22 seeking their first job. The program offers a monthly salary of R$ 1,142.33 and lasts between 15 and 16 months. Participants will engage in four days of practical work and one day of theoretical training per week in São Paulo. The selection process will utilize conversational artificial intelligence for initial screening. Applications close on September 22.
