Avla reorganizes marketing leadership following Brazilian growth

Insurtech company Avla has announced a reorganization of its marketing department following significant growth in its Brazilian operations. André Andrade Santos, who has led the Brazilian marketing area since November 2024, has been promoted to Head Global of Marketing. In this new role, he will oversee marketing strategies across the company’s operations in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and the United States.

As part of the restructuring, Thalita Camargo has been appointed as the Head of Marketing for Avla Chile. Additionally, Arthur Gregolini, currently the Brand Studio Lead in Brazil, will expand his scope to manage content on a global scale.

The leadership changes follow a period of strong financial performance for Avla in Brazil. In 2025, the Brazilian market became the company’s largest operation, accounting for 34% of the group's global business. The Brazilian unit also reported a net profit of R$ 8.6 million, successfully reversing previous losses.
