Very low bids may hide thinner glazing, weaker corrosion protection or omitted preparatory work, while high bids are not automatically an indicator of quality. Verifying the exact surface area—including the required clearances around the playing lines—and ensuring that the quoted square meters match the full footprint helps prevent hidden add‑ons once construction starts.
