Avolites and Juan Méndez SRL host lighting design training in Dominican Republic

Avolites and Juan Méndez SRL have conducted a three-day technical training program in the Dominican Republic aimed at professionalizing the local entertainment and lighting design industry.

The specialized workshop focused on the advanced use of Avolites consoles and innovative tools for the design, simulation, and visualization of live shows. The training was led by Francisco Valdivia, Avolites Latam Manager, and José Antonio Bermúdez, a lighting designer from KyoProductions specializing in Capture 3D software.

Participants engaged in hands-on practice with consoles to optimize programming processes for live performances and learned to previsualize complex lighting setups. The initiative seeks to equip local technicians and designers with the practical knowledge required to compete at an international level.
