Avranches hair salon reopens after fire damage

The hair salon Juste Un Changement D’hayr in Avranches has officially reopened following a closure that began on June 7. The business was forced to shut down after a vehicle fire spread to the premises.

Owner Claire Pouponneau was able to resume operations after nearly two months of renovations and equipment replacement. The reconstruction was supported by local artisans who assisted with painting, decorating, and replacing the ceiling. Pouponneau noted that the salon's reopening is a necessary step to facilitate the release of financial aid, and she expressed gratitude for the local solidarity that enabled the business to continue.
