AW Education International launches Student Success Manager service

AW Education International has introduced its flagship ‘Student Success Manager’ service, an integrated support model designed to assist students beyond the university admission process. The service aims to provide continuous, personalized guidance covering academic planning, overseas adaptation, and long-term career development.

The system utilizes four specialized roles: Academic Planning Managers for customized educational paths, Overseas Student Support Managers for visa assistance and local adaptation, Career Development Managers for research and internship opportunities, and Lead Student Success Managers to coordinate all resources.

Case studies highlight the model's impact, including a student from Shenzhen who developed an electronic guitar for people with limited hand mobility to secure admissions to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and UC Irvine, and another student who transitioned from a traditional high school through Singapore to study at University College Dublin.
