Tai-Chi Qigong nicko cruises wellness cruises Awai Cheung

Health expert and author Awai Cheung will lead wellness workshops aboard the nicko cruises vessel VASCO DA GAMA during three specific voyages in 2026 and 2027.

Cheung will provide instruction in traditional Chinese movement arts, including Tai-Chi and Qigong, as well as mindfulness and acupressure. These free group sessions are designed to integrate gentle movement, conscious breathing, and relaxation into the cruise experience.

The scheduled programs include a North Cape cruise from October 19 to November 3, 2026, a Pacific voyage between Panama City and Santiago de Chile from December 17, 2026, to January 4, 2027, and a South Seas journey from January 4 to January 22, 2027.
