AWS partners with Superblocks to embed secure AI coding in private clouds

Amazon Web Services has entered a multi‑year joint marketing agreement with AI‑coding startup Superblocks, allowing the company’s “vibe‑coding” platform to run inside customers’ private AWS clouds. The integration keeps all data, code and AI inference within the enterprise’s virtual private cloud, leveraging AWS services such as Aurora, Bedrock, S3 and IAM, and adding security controls like policy agents and continuous vulnerability monitoring.

Superblocks 3.0, launched in August 2026, includes a Smart Router that selects the most appropriate AI model for each task and claims up to a 30% reduction in inference costs. The financial‑services firm Flex has already deployed the platform across 70 internal applications in 18 departments. The partnership reflects a broader push by hyperscalers to keep enterprise AI workloads on‑premise and under existing security governance, amid rising concerns over AI‑related cybersecurity incidents.
