AXA partners with Publicis Sapient to scale Global AI Hub

AXA has entered a strategic partnership with technology firm Publicis Sapient to accelerate its AI transformation through the development of a ‘Global AI Hub’. The initiative aims to scale AI agents safely, securely, and responsibly across the insurer’s global operations.

The Hub provides a standardized, vendor-agnostic foundation designed to reduce costs and time-to-market. By utilizing a shared infrastructure, AXA entities can focus on generating business value rather than developing independent AI frameworks. The platform embeds governance, security, compliance, and human oversight throughout the AI lifecycle, supporting the efficient transition of solutions from concept to production.

Currently, the first version of the platform is in use across five AXA entities in Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and AXA XL. Use cases being developed include motor claims automation, customer email processing, and enterprise knowledge management.
