Axis Bank salary accounts can be maintained after job changes

Employees changing jobs can maintain their existing Axis Bank salary accounts provided they inform both their new employer and the bank to ensure continued salary credits. It is not mandatory to open a new account with every job change.

However, the continuity of special salary account benefits depends on regular credits. If no salary is credited for more than three consecutive months, the account may be converted into a regular savings account following a required notice process. Once converted, users may lose privileges such as zero-balance benefits and may be required to maintain an Average Monthly Balance or Average Quarterly Balance according to the specific account variant.
