Axis Communications to showcase cyber-resilient security at Milipol Qatar 2026

Axis Communications will showcase integrated security technologies at Milipol Qatar 2026, held from October 20 to 22 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center. The company aims to demonstrate the convergence of physical security, cybersecurity, and operational intelligence, specifically targeting Qatar’s energy, transport, and public safety sectors.

As organizations move toward connected, open-platform security ecosystems, Axis will highlight “secure-by-design” capabilities. These include signed firmware, privacy masking, and lifecycle protection to meet regulatory requirements set by Qatar’s Ministry of Interior Security Systems Department. The showcase will feature AI-powered analytics, thermal cameras, explosion-protected devices, and radar-integrated pan-tilt-zoom cameras.

Mohammed Hoteit, Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Gulf at Axis Communications, noted that security must be embedded into infrastructure planning to ensure organizational resilience. This focus is particularly relevant as Qatar prepares for significant investment and expansion in industrial sites like North Field and Ras Laffan, as well as national infrastructure such as Hamad International Airport.
