Axis Max Life named among India's Top 50 Best Workplaces for Women 2026

Axis Max Life Insurance Limited has been recognized as one of India’s Top 50 Best Workplaces for Women in the Large Category for 2026. This achievement marks an improvement from the company’s previous ranking within the Top 100.

The recognition highlights the company’s focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) through various policies and support mechanisms. These include 26 weeks of paid maternity leave, provisions for adoption, surrogacy, and miscarriage leave, as well as performance protection during maternity periods.
