AXN launches new seasons of Wild Cards and Hudson & Rex

AXN began airing new episodes of two police‑drama series on Saturday, 1 August. The third season of *Wild Cards* premiered at 20:10, followed by the fifth season of *Hudson & Rex* at 21:50.

*Wild Cards* follows Max Mitchell (Vanessa Morgan), now an official police consultant, as she deals with the return of detective Cole Ellis (Giacomo Gianniotti) and the sudden reappearance of her mother, who vanished fifteen years earlier after faking her death to escape a crime boss. The season also pays tribute to classic slasher shows.

*Hudson & Rex* returns to the Canadian city of St. John’s, where detective Charlie Hudson works with his German‑shepherd partner Rex. The new season introduces medical examiner Dr. Karma Poole (Bridget Wareham), whose unconventional approach is expected to reshape the investigative team. AXN’s programming reaches more than 55 million homes across 18 Latin‑American countries.
