Ayaka Hirahara and Dean Fujioka honored at Best Formalist Awards

Singer Ayaka Hirahara and actor Dean Fujioka attended the 24th Best Formalist Awards in Tokyo, where they were honored for their ability to wear formal attire with elegance and presence.

During the event, Hirahara expressed deep emotion regarding her recognition, noting that in her 23-year career, this was the first time she had received such an award and the first time she had performed without wearing a dress while singing. Following a playful prompt from Fujioka, Hirahara performed an a cappella segment of her signature song, ‘Jupiter.’

Fujioka, appearing in a tuxedo, shared lighthearted anecdotes during the ceremony, including a humorous story about his struggle to prepare a frozen yellowtail fish received through a hometown tax donation, noting he had to rely on YouTube tutorials to attempt to clean it.
