Ayana Kato holds nutrition and caregiving lecture in Shiga

Ayana Kato, wife of entertainer Cha Kato, reported on her recent lecture held in Shiga Prefecture, which was attended by approximately 400 people. The lecture, titled ‘The Kato Family Table – Long-life Methods Learned from Doctors and Nutritionists’, focused on dietary habits and caregiving based on her personal experiences overcoming various illnesses.

Kato expressed her gratitude to the attendees and announced an upcoming lecture in Kanagawa regarding family caregiving. Following her trip, she shared that she enjoyed baumkuchen with her husband.
