Ayatollah Khamenei praises Iranian police for national security role

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, issued a message to mark ‘Police Force Week,’ praising the Iranian police force (FARAJA) for its role in maintaining national security and peace.

Khamenei highlighted the police's contributions during the country’s second and third imposed wars, noting their effectiveness in securing diverse terrains ranging from large cities to remote mountains and seas. He stated that despite what he described as malicious attempts by ‘American and Zionist’ enemies to target police personnel at all levels, the force has remained steadfast in its duties.

The Supreme Leader called for the comprehensive strengthening of the police force, specifically emphasizing the importance of integrating modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis, to enhance operational effectiveness.
