Aydın real estate: Treasury land and apartment up for auction

Significant real estate auctions are scheduled in the Aydın province of Turkey. In the Didim district, the National Real Estate Directorate is auctioning a 17,459-square-meter Treasury-owned plot of land in the Batnaz neighborhood. The estimated sale price for the property, located on the Didim-Söke Güllübahçe highway, is approximately 20.955 million TL. A new auction date has been set for November 11, 2026, following a previous unsuccessful attempt. Buyers can receive a 20 percent discount for cash payments, while installment options are available with a required 25 percent down payment.

Separately, in the Efeler district, an apartment in the Meşrutiyet neighborhood is being sold through an enforcement sale. The 200-square-meter residence, located on the seventh floor of a building with elevator access, has an estimated value of 4.5 million TL. The sale involves two separate 1/2 shares of the property, with electronic auctions scheduled to begin on December 31, 2026.
