Ayesa Digital acquires Kuik Digital Solutions to boost AI capabilities

Ayesa Digital has completed the acquisition of Kuik Digital Solutions, a Basque company specializing in software development and applied artificial intelligence. Based in Errenteria, Gipuzkoa, Kuik brings a multidisciplinary team of over 70 professionals with expertise in DevOps, data, and digital transformation.

The acquisition is part of Ayesa Digital’s ‘AI-first’ strategy, which aims to place artificial intelligence at the center of its operating model and decision-making processes. By integrating Kuik, Ayesa Digital gains immediate access to a senior team experienced in AI-assisted development methodologies and strengthens its presence within the Basque industrial sector.

Kuik reports an annual turnover of approximately 4.5 million euros following several periods of strong growth. Its diverse client portfolio includes organizations such as MasOrange, Acciona, CAF, Danobat, and the Clínica Universidad de Navarra, spanning sectors like telecommunications, industry, mobility, energy, and logistics.
