Ayesa Digital projects record growth and continued investment in Andalusia

Ayesa Digital is forecasting a record-breaking year in 2026, with order intake expected to reach approximately 690 million euros, a 10% increase over 2025. The technology services firm reported that 2025 was a significant year, closing with 580 million euros in revenue, a 9% increase from the previous year, and 626 million euros in new contracts.

Following its acquisition by a Basque investor consortium—including Indar Kartera, Fundación BBK, the Basque Government, Fundación Vital, and Teknei—the company is entering a new phase of expansion. CEO Manu Baraza and President Íñigo Ucín highlighted a robust project portfolio valued at roughly 1,000 million euros, providing long-term business visibility.

Despite relocating its decision-making center to the Basque Country, Ayesa Digital confirmed it will maintain a strong presence in Andalusia. The company currently employs over 3,500 professionals in the region, representing between 35% and 40% of its total workforce. Baraza emphasized that the firm will continue to invest in its Andalusian hub to serve major public clients, such as the Junta de Andalucía, and various private sector clients in energy and industry.
