Çaykara Municipality to auction municipal properties in Trabzon

Çaykara Municipality in Trabzon is organizing a rental auction for several municipal properties, scheduled for September 10. The auction includes a variety of assets such as shops, offices, a tea house, a cafeteria, and a wooden observation tower located in the Uzungöl Gölbaşı area.

The wooden observation tower in Uzungöl is a primary highlight of the auction. For a three-year rental period, the estimated annual rent is set at 600,000 TL, totaling 1.8 million TL over the full term.

Other properties up for bid include a cafeteria in the Işıklı neighborhood, which is being offered for a 10-year term with an estimated total value of 1.2 million TL. Additionally, the auction features three shops in the Taşkıran neighborhood and several sections within the Terminal Building, including an office, a free office, and a tea house. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the State Tender Law.
