Ayten Cünedioğlu claims real estate fraud in Hatay
Ayten Cünedioğlu, a resident of the Reyhanlı district in Hatay, claims she has been defrauded of her life savings intended for a home purchase. Cünedioğlu, who earned her living by cleaning peppers to support her four children, states she entered into a contract in 2021 to purchase a home for 275,000 TL.
According to her account, she has paid 170,000 TL toward the property. She alleges that after the construction was delayed, she discovered that the third-floor apartment she had contracted for was sold to another individual. Following this, she was reportedly promised a fourth-floor apartment, but she claims that unit was also sold to someone else.
Cünedioğlu has expressed her determination to fight for her rights and seek justice for the loss of her hard-earned money.
