Ayumu Imazu to release new single ‘Musubi’ in October

Japanese singer-songwriter and dancer Ayumu Imazu has announced the release of his new single, ‘Musubi’, scheduled for October 2, 2026. The track is a love song themed around the ‘red thread of fate’, exploring human connections and relationships.

The song gained significant traction on social media following a demo version posted to TikTok in late August, which generated over 60,000 user-generated content pieces within three weeks. The single features arrangement by Shin Sakiura.

Additionally, Ayumu Imazu is set to perform at the Nippon Budokan on January 31, 2027. While tickets for the event are currently sold out, additional sales may become available due to the release of equipment seating.
