Ayushmann Khurrana celebrates birthday and reflects on career journey

Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana is celebrating his birthday on September 14. Known for his unique film choices, singing, and hosting abilities, his journey to stardom involved significant early struggles.

Born in Chandigarh in 1984, Khurrana developed an interest in acting and music during his time at DAV College, where he participated in theater groups. Before finding success in cinema, he worked in radio, television, and theater.

His early years in Mumbai were marked by housing instability. He initially relied on friends for accommodation, at one point staying in a medical hostel by posing as a medical student to secure a place to live. He gained widespread recognition after winning the second season of the MTV reality show ‘Roadies’, which paved the way for his subsequent career in television and film.
