AZ Chike releases new album ‘No Rest for the Wicked’

Los Angeles rapper AZ Chike has released his new album, ‘No Rest for the Wicked’. The project features over 14 tracks that showcase the artist's versatility, ranging from contemporary L.A. gangster-rap to synth-heavy soundscapes and trap.

Produced by a variety of high-profile collaborators including Tyler, The Creator, Pharrell, Hit-Boy, Sounwave, and Terrace Martin, the album reflects the artist's roots in South Central, Compton, Watts, and Long Beach. The tracks explore themes of resilience, personal history, and the diversity of the West Coast sound.

AZ Chike, who gained significant national attention following appearances on Kendrick Lamar’s ‘GNX’ and at the Juneteenth Pop Out event, utilizes the album to demonstrate a wide vocal range and storytelling ability.
