Azerbaijan Football Referees Committee Approves 2026/27 Referee and Assistant List

The Azerbaijan Football Federation (AFFA) referees committee held its next meeting to prepare for the 2026‑2027 season. Delegates reviewed and approved the final lists of senior referees and assistant referees, incorporating new guidelines issued by AFFA, UEFA and the International Football Association Board (IFAB). The agenda also set the main objectives for the upcoming season.

The approved elite referee roster includes Aliyar Ağayev, Elçin Məsiyev, Kamal Umudlu, İnqilab Məmmədov, Rəvan Həmzəzadə, Fərid Hacıyev, Tural Qurbanov, Rəşad Əhmədov, Cavid Cəlilov, Nicat İsmayıllı, Rauf Cabarov, Əli Əliyev, Elvin Bayramov, Kamranbəy Rəhimov and newcomer Vüqar Həsənli. Assistant referees such as Zeynal Zeynalov, Akif Əmirəli and others were also confirmed.
