Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense recruits talented conscripts for intellectual units

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has announced a program to recruit highly intelligent and talented conscripts into specialized intellectual units within the National Defense University. These individuals will be assigned to various projects and activities corresponding to their specific professional expertise.

To qualify, conscripts must be graduates of undergraduate or master's programs from foreign higher education institutions ranked within the top 500 of either the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings or the Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai).

Eligible conscripts or their family members are requested to submit their personal details, conscription period, and documentation proving the recognition of their foreign degrees by the Quality Assurance Agency for Education to a designated email address by September 21. This initiative is being conducted alongside a similar program for individuals who scored 600 or higher on the State Examination Center entrance exams, whose data is already being shared between relevant state institutions.
