In the energy sector, renewable energy production in Azerbaijan increased by 33.1 percent during the first nine months of 2026, reaching 4.23 billion kWh. This accounts for approximately 20 percent of the country's total electricity production. The growth was primarily driven by wind power, which saw a 10.9-fold increase in production.
The real estate market in Azerbaijan experienced an 8.4 percent price increase over the last year. According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the capitalization period for housing has reached 23 years.
