Azets expands Northern transaction services with new partner

Azets has appointed David Tomlinson as a partner in its Manchester office to expand its transaction services team across the North. Tomlinson, who brings 17 years of experience from PwC, will join the firm’s corporate finance department to support deals involving multinational corporates, private equity investors, and privately owned businesses.

The appointment follows a period of activity for the firm, with Azets’ UK corporate finance team being named the country’s second most active adviser by Experian during the first quarter of 2026.
