Azienda USL Toscana Nord Ovest achieves 82% of management objectives

The Azienda USL Toscana Nord Ovest has achieved an 82% success rate in meeting management objectives for 2024, according to a recent regional resolution. The evaluation, based on data from the Management and Health Laboratory (MeS) at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, places the agency in the highest tier within the Tuscany region.

General Director Maria Letizia Casani stated that the result confirms the dedication of the staff and validates the agency’s focus on care appropriateness, digital innovation, and service timeliness. The regional assessment system evaluates various indicators, including clinical outcomes, digital health, pharmaceutical management, and the effectiveness of outpatient, territorial, and hospital services in responding to user needs.
