AZIO AI Holdings secures Texas hosting deal and sees major share purchase
AZIO AI Holdings has entered into a power purchase and hosting agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited at the Atlas One compute infrastructure campus in South Texas. The agreement covers an initial contracted capacity of 10 megawatts, with options to expand up to 50 megawatts. At the initial capacity, the company anticipates approximately $1.5 million in monthly capacity reservation charges, totaling $90 million over the first five-year term. If expanded to 50 megawatts, the contract value could reach approximately $450 million in reservation charges.
Separately, entities controlled by the Rochon family have acquired approximately $26.8 million of AIAI Holdings Co., Ltd. shares through privately negotiated transactions with an existing large stockholder. The company stated that these purchases reflect the family's confidence in the firm's long-term strategy regarding transformational AI and its ability to execute at scale.
