Aziziye Municipality to auction luxury housing in Ilıca

Aziziye Municipality has announced the sale of luxury urban transformation housing units located in the Ilıca neighborhood. The sale will be conducted via an open tender process in accordance with Articles 17 and 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.

The available properties include 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, with prices starting from 3,150,000 TL. The auction is scheduled to take place over three days at the Ilıca Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Cultural Center, starting at 10:00 AM each day:

- October 7, 2026: A Block units - October 8, 2026: B Block units - October 9, 2026: Units located on block 12693, parcel 8

Prospective bidders must complete legal documentation prior to the auction, including a residence certificate, a copy of their ID, a document showing a notification address in Turkey, and a temporary guarantee receipt or bank receipt amounting to 3% of the sale price.
