Azofra inaugurates new multipurpose cultural center

The town of Azofra has inaugurated a new multipurpose cultural and social center following an investment of more than 1.1 million euros. The project was funded through the Next Generation EU funds and executed by the Government of La Rioja in collaboration with the Azofra City Council and the Foundation for the Transformation of La Rioja.

The approximately 430-square-meter facility is designed to host social meetings and cultural activities, particularly supporting the linguistic heritage of the Valle de la Lengua region. The building features a ground floor with a lobby, restrooms, storage, a multipurpose hall, and a porch, as well as a first floor with a stage.

To promote energy efficiency and reduce costs, the center is equipped with photovoltaic panels and an aerothermal system for clean energy generation.
