Azores Left Bloc questions delays in cultural funding

He has requested clarification on whether budgetary or treasury constraints are contributing to the issue, and has asked for a concrete timeline to finalize pending applications and regularize payments.

The deputy warned that these delays could place cultural entities in a position of financial fragility, as many are forced to incur expenses without knowing if their funding will be secured. He is seeking measures to prevent such administrative delays from affecting future programming.
