Azul airline announces 220 pilot vacancies and expands hiring across Brazil

Azul Linhas Aéreas disclosed that it will open roughly 220 pilot positions in the coming months for both its main carrier and its regional subsidiary, Azul Conecta. The openings cover co‑pilot roles on Embraer E1, E2 and ATR‑72 aircraft, as well as captain and co‑pilot slots for Cessna Caravan and Pilatus PC‑12 planes, with future integration of SkyCourier jets. The recruitment aligns with Azul’s recent fleet growth, which includes new Airbus A330‑900, A330‑200 and additional Embraer E2 jets.

In addition to pilot jobs, the airline posted 44 other vacancies ranging from customer‑service and cargo analysis to IT, aircraft maintenance and airport operations, all advertised through its Gupy career portal. Azul also highlighted its customer‑service contact options, listing a national 0800 number, international phone lines and a WhatsApp channel for passenger support.
