Azur Hotel & Spa launches new gastronomic ecosystem in Córdoba

Azur Hotel & Spa is launching a new phase for La Despensa de Azur, a gastronomic and cultural ecosystem located on the hotel's terrace in Córdoba, Argentina. The project is the result of two years of research and collaboration with local specialists.

The initiative aims to highlight the identity of the Córdoba region through its local producers, mountain plants, wine, and traditional rituals such as mate. Key features of the new space include 'El Invernadero', a glass structure designed to integrate the landscape with culinary experiences, and 'El Secadero', which will produce custom infusions and blends from local plants. Other areas include 'La Cava' for regional products like wine and cheese, and 'La Casa de Mate' to honor traditional Argentine rituals.
